Yesterday, Micah turned 2 months old. It’s amazing how quickly the time goes! Today he went to the doctor’s office for his 2 month check-up and, unfortunately for him, his 2 month immunizations. We knew that Micah was packing on the pounds, and we were right. He weighed in at 14 lbs., 4 oz. and was 24 1/8 inches long. His length is in the 75th percentile, and his weight puts him in the 90th percentile. What can I say? He loves to eat! Even though he wasn’t a fan of the shots, he handled them like a real trooper. (We told him Megan likes brave boys.)
Also, Micah has made the transition from our room to his own room. No longer in the pack-n-play, he’s now in his very own crib. And he really seems to like it! He’s already made good friends with the animals on his mobile. He enjoys watching them parade around in circles above him. We’re very thankful for a healthy, happy baby.

Great Job, Micah!! Way to be a trooper. I will make sure I tell Megan that you were so brave!! I am glad you had a good dr. visit (except for those shots.) I hated having to hear Megan get the shots. You see I sat in the corner with my eyes closed, while Tim held her legs...so all I heard was her sad/angry cry. Love the picture with Micah in his crib. Our babies are getting so big!
